When the internet becomes path of people's life in today's world, video games also move to the internet. The reason why people are playing online games is because it is more entertaining than the other video games. For example, "the second life" provides an opportunity for people to experience different kind of life on the internet. People can do things that they cannot do in the reality and they can communicate with people from different places. On the other hand, we would see more people are playing video games online though social websites. For example, Facebook has some online games such as Pet Society for people to play when they are using the website. The reason why people like to play online games is because it is more convenience than the others. The gamer just need a computer and access to the internet for playing the game. Therefore, the gamer do not need to worry about which video game console they are going to buy. Meanwhile, they do not have the concern of spending much money in buying the game. It is because the gamers only pay for the accessing fee that is cheaper that other types of video games.
