I remember when I was a kid; I always went to an arcade for playing video games. At that time, most of the video games are simple to play with limited sound effect or graphic. It is because the technology did not have the capability to provide much sounds effect in a video game. Most of the graphic of video games were base on 2D and it did not have a specific theme in the game. On the other hand, because of the hardware of a video game was big, we only see people playing video games in a public area. Places such as shopping mall or local pub were the only areas that are able to place a video game. It is because there have much bigger space and not much people are able to own a video game because of its expansive price. Therefore, the creation of arcade exits and it became a place for young people to social instead of movies.
